When is GTA 6 Online coming?
It isn't announced. GTA 6 launches November 19, 2026 as a single-player experience.official

Why the stakes are huge
GTA Online carried GTA 5 for thirteen years and billions in revenue — whatever succeeds it will define the next decade of the series. Rockstar has also acquired roleplay-community teams (the FiveM ecosystem), and is reported to be building creator/UGC monetization into the successor reported. Nothing about servers, crossplay, or RP support is confirmed.
