Who voices Jason and Lucia in GTA 6?
No cast list appears on Rockstar's site, in either trailer's credits, or in the Extended Look. Rockstar kept GTA 5's and RDR2's casts under wraps until launch, and it's doing the same here · as of 2026-08-28
The rumored names, honestly labeled
Fan sleuthing — voice matching against the trailers, facial resemblance in casting-call footage, portfolio leaks, and social-media breadcrumbs between suspected cast members — has settled on two front-runners. None of this traces back to Rockstar or to a verified statement by the actors themselves:
| Character | Rumored actor | Basis | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lucia Caminos | Manni L. Perez | Voice and facial resemblance; long-running community consensus since 2024 | rumor |
| Jason Duval | Dylan Rourke | Named alongside Perez in a May 2024 creator claim; voice comparisons | rumor |
| Jason Duval | Gregory Connors | A "lead actor" credit that briefly surfaced on a portfolio site | rumor |
What has been ruled out: big-name voice actors Troy Baker and Roger Craig Smith have both publicly denied involvement. reported If you were hoping for a celebrity lead, history says no — Rockstar deliberately casts lesser-known actors so the characters aren't overshadowed by a famous voice.

Why Rockstar keeps the cast secret
This is standard Rockstar practice, not a GTA 6 quirk. GTA 5's leads — Ned Luke (Michael), Shawn Fonteno (Franklin), and Steven Ogg (Trevor) — were only confirmed around launch in 2013, and Red Dead Redemption 2's cast stayed unannounced until the game shipped. The actors work under strict NDAs, often for years. Expect one of two outcomes: a cast reveal in the final weeks before the November 19 launch, or simply the in-game credits on day one.
This page updates
The moment Rockstar publishes a cast list — or an actor verifiably self-discloses — this page flips to official with the full cast, character by character. Until then, treat any site presenting the names above as confirmed with suspicion: nobody outside Rockstar knows. Meet the characters themselves on the characters page.
